Rajesh is an advocate with over 24 years’ experience in national and international commercial dispute resolution. His areas of expertise are IP and related services, including prosecution and transactional, contentious and non-contentious litigation. Earlier, Rajesh headed the IP law practice of a reputed national firm. He has also been in charge of the southern Indian operations of a leading IP firm, as its senior associate. Rajesh has vast experiences in litigation, prosecution, anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy operations and transactional services.
Rajesh is an alumnus of the Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, Concord, New Hampshire).
A dispute resolution counsel, Ashok represents clients in the food and beverages, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, banking and financial services, real estate and construction, ecommerce and hospitality areas, in domestic and international dispute resolution. His service areas cover contract violations, company law proceedings, prosecution under India’s Food Standards and Safety Act, 2006 and Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, and IP rights enforcement.
Ashok also advises clients in the U.K., Singapore, India and Switzerland on their global contractual requirements. He also assists clients in these jurisdictions for Investment funding, Intellectual Property protection and Enforcement, Telecommunication regulations, space law, Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement and Licensing, space law, taxation, gender sensitivity and data privacy.
Ashok is an invited speaker at the New Delhi-based independent think tank, the Observer Research Foundation, the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, Indian Institute of Technology-Kharagpur, Indian Institute of Management- Bengaluru and at sexual violence awareness-building and sensitisation programmes for the police and judges.
S.Diwakar is critically trained in the field of Intellectual property laws. He is an alumnus of School of Excellence in Law, Chennai. S. Diwakar practices protection and litigative enforcement of intellectual property laws coupled with special interests towards cyber laws, anti-piracy, domain dispute resolution and IP due diligence. Apart from the above, he is also academically equipped in the field of non-litigative practice such as arbitration, mediation and conciliation apart from being equipped in handling complex and multiparty agreements ranging various subjects including intellectual property rights, corporate contracts, etc. He is a regular Guest Lecturer at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and conducts seminars and presentations on varying topics related to IP laws and Court craft at various academic and business congregations.
Sudeep specializes in the litigation of high-stake commercial matters. He represents clients at the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and various other fora.
Sudeep’s practice spans across Insolvency & Bankruptcy law, Company law, Information Technology law, Intellectual Property laws, Media laws etc. He represents clients from the Media, Technology, E-education, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, and Food & Beverage industries amongst others. In 2020, the Supreme Court of India appointed Sudeep as an Advocate-on-Record (AoR).
Sudeep completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering, and worked as an R&D engineer for a few years across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Silicon Valley, California prior to setting up law practice.
